The porous ceramic is delivered either alone or fixed to a microtensiometer with flexible tube

CERAMIC Ø 6 mm FOR LABORATORY USE - SDEC 230

Being extremely small, this ceramic is basically used for laboratory experiments in soil columns.
Its mounting (on nylon capillary or PVC tubing) demands great care. SDEC France can make any mouting you like or sell the ceramic seperatly.
